What is your screening process?

We begin by sourcing candidates. Our first step is searching our database, which contains over 500 active candidates. If we find someone pre-validated in the database, it can fast-track the process, allowing them to start quickly. Simultaneously, we always ask for internal referrals from our existing technical team.

Next, every candidate takes an initial English test via our Amplifi System. After that, they move on to a profiling interview with our HR team to assess their soft skills and social abilities. Following this, we conduct a technical validation based on a set of predefined questions agreed upon with the client. Candidates can be rejected at any stage of this process.

If a candidate passes all these steps, they're introduced to the client, who is encouraged to conduct their own interview. We're flexible with how clients prefer to assess the candidates we present. If everything aligns, we move forward with contract signing, and the candidate is officially placed on the client's team!
